What to expect

When you arrive on location – most likely after a crazy last hour trying to get everyone dressed and looking their best for the session – I want you to worry no further! It’s ok if the kids are hyper or if your clothes aren’t scrubbed clean, ironed and pressed! 
I will make it a priority to get some beautiful posed shots, but for the most part, I want you to have fun and enjoy the evening together – as you look back on your photos later; my hope is that your photos will tell you a story.

We absolutely love working with Emerald each year! With having young kids we always go into our sessions thinking if we can only get one or two pictures of the kids looking/smiling etc that would be amazing. Consistently we are blown away with the amazing images Emerald produces. She eases any fears, coaxes out those giggles and smiles and is able to tell your story through her beautiful images.
